It's Monday again which can only mean one thing, it's time for another blog post. This week I've decided to write about some of my outfits that I wore on my cruise.
Night Outfits
The cruise I went on this year was 12 nights long and the dress code for the evenings consisted of 6 casual nights, 3 semi-formal nights and 3 formal nights. In this post I'm just going to talk about the outfits I wore on the casual nights because they're outfits that could be worn on an evening on any holiday.
Outfit 1
On the first casual night I wore a white and silver patterned skirt from Topshop and I paired this with a plain black crop top which was also from Topshop. I chose to wear this outfit with black heels but it would also look good with chunky black sandals if you don't fancy wearing heels.
Outfit 2
On the second casual night I wore a flowy white dress from Missguided that that has a lace detail at the top and on the sleeves. I paired this dress with a pair of silver and pale blue sandals from Topshop and then I did my hair in a half up half down style with a white scrunchy that I picked up from Primark.
Outfit 3
For the third casual night I wore a black playsuit from Topshop with a low neckline and lace around the sleeves and the bottom of the shorts. I paired this playsuit with my chunky black sandals from Topshop.
Outfit 4
The fourth casual night was a tropical themed night so I wore a pair of bright orange hotpants from Missguided. These shorts are my current obsession I would wear them everyday if it was socially acceptable to wear flourescent hotpants to Morrisons or sixth dorm. I wore these shorts with a white crop top with a high neckline from Miss Selfridge and my chunky black sandals from Topshop.
Outfit 5
On the fifth casual night I paired a black crop top from Miss Selfridge with a navy and white striped skirt that also has striped of pale blue flowers across it from Topshop. I once again finished this outfir with my chunk black sandals.
Outfit 6
On the last casual night which was also the last night of the cruise :( I wore a multi-coloured patterened dress from Zara which has a low back and a cut out on the stomach. I wore this dress with my rose gold heels from Topshop which I love.
Day Outfits
On my cruise we visited six ports, Lisbon, Casablanca, Gibraltar, Malaga, Cadiz and Vigo so I thought I would also talk about the outfits that I wore when exploring these cities.
Outfit 1
The first port we visited was Lisbon and for my explorations round Lisbon I wore a pair of patterened shorts from Missguided that have pink and purple flowers on them ad pom-poms around the hem. I paired these shorts with a white crop top from Miss Selfridge and my white Converse.
Outfit 2
Whilst visiting Casablanca in Morocco I wore a pale denim pinafore dress from Topshop over a black and white striped top that I also got from Topshop. I also wore this outfit with my white Converse as they're extremley comfortable to walk in.
Outfit 3
In Gibraltar me and my cousin Tom planned on doing a bit of shopping so for this I decided to wear my high-waisted mom denim shorts from Topshop. I paired this with a white bardot top and some brown sandals which were both also from Topshop.
Outfit 4
For exploring Malaga in Spain I wore cream and black patterend playsuit with a low back which I picked up from H&M. I paired this with my white Converse and a pair of sunglasses from Topshop.
Outfit 5
Next the cruise ship stopped in Cadiz and for my day in Cadiz I decided to wear a pair of navy and white tie-dyed shorts with tassles along the hem from Missguided. I wore this with a white crop top and once again my white Converse.
Outfit 6
The last port was Vigo and again we decided to do some shopping so I wore my white American Apparel tennis skirt (surprisingly I only recieved two "are you off to play tennis?" comments). I wore this skirt with a black and white striped crop top from Topshop and finished this outfit with my chunky black sandals.
