Firstly I purchased a MAC lipstick in the shade Faux. This lipstick is a muted mauve-pink colour and has a satin finish. I chose this lipstick because I wanted an every day nude pink and I feel this is the perfect colour, especially for summer. Faux has great pigmentation and colour payoff and is not at all drying. It is also very long lasting as it lasted on my lips for around 5-6 hours. Faux is definitely now a staple in my everyday make up bag.
Next I picked up Estee Lauder's Double Wear foundation. The assistant matched me to the shade pure beige and it matches my skin perfectly. I love this foundation as it has incredibly high coverage and stays in place throughout the whole day. The packaging of this foundation is also stunning and it is definitely my new favourite foundation.
The next high-end make up products I intend to buy are:
- MAC's Warm Neutral eye shadow palette. This palette contains 15 beautiful shades and I especially love the shades Warm Breeze and Amber Lights.
- MAC's Russian Red lipstick.
- MAC's Mineralize Blush in Warm Soul which is a mid tone beige with a gold shimmer.
