Recently I have spent A LOT of money in Topshop and my bank balance is not happy with me in the slightest. I've been buying lots of summery clothes that I can wear on holiday and I thought I would show you what I bought.
The first things I bought, I purchased in February and they are a playsuit and a pair of denim shorts.
The playsuit is black with a deep v neckline and lace
around the shoulders and the bottom of the shorts. I plan on wearing it to either a party or on an evening on holiday.
The shorts are just some medium wash denim mom shorts and will be perfect to wear to the beach over a bikini.
The next time I made a trip into Topshop I picked up two tops, a skirt and some shoes.
The first top has a dark green pattern with a high 90s neckline. The second top is white with an embroidered flower design on the chest and around the hem. Both of these look good with either black jeans or denim shorts and will be perfect for holidays.
The skirt I bought is navy and cream striped with lines of blue flowers. I plan on wearing this with a plain black top and the black shoes that I am about to mention and I may wear this outfit when I go and see 5 Seconds of Summer in June. The shoes I got are chunky black sandals with a platform and they look amazing with any outfit.
On my next trip, when my bank balance was beginning to cry, I purchased another two tops, a dress and a pair of sunglasses.
The first top is made out of a crinkly material and is a lovely turquoise colour with metallic silver and turquoise bits running through the material. It has a high neckline and it looks nice with either black or white jeans. The next top is cream and is in an off the shoulder, bardot style and I plan on wearing this on holiday with my denim mom shorts and some brown sandals.
The dress is just a casual black and white stripped, strappy skater dress that I can throw on over a bikini when I'm going to the beach or the pool. The sunglasses I purchased have round corally pink frames and they complement any outfit.
On my last trip into Topshop I just purchased a top and a necklace set.
The top is a black and white striped crop top with a high 90s neckline and it only cost me £12. I plan on wearing with black high waisted denim shorts and chunky black sandals. The necklace set contains three gold necklaces. The shortest one has a row of rose quartz gems on it, the second has a dainty, gold triangle and the longest one has a large gem stone on it.
Lastly I did some online orders from Topshop and I purchased two pairs of sandals and a pinafore.
I bought the same pair of sandals in two different colours. They have a small heel and the ankle straps cross over at the front which I really liked. The first pair I got are just plain brown and the second are pale blue and silver. I bought the brown pair to wear in the day time with denim shorts and jeans and then I'm going to wear the other pair for smarter occassions as I feel the silver dresses up an outfit. The pinafore is just a light wash denim and will look lovely with a crop top underneath and sandals.
